Aviation in Dublin, Ireland January/February 2019

During my short visit into the Republic of Ireland I've came across some bad weather and interesting visitors both local and foreign. For this blog we'll be taking a look at some of my interesting photos
.
Etihad Airways A6-ETG Boeing 777-300ER delivered in 2011 taken 31st January 2019.
This could be my top 10 photos of 2019 featuring Etihad Airways departing on stormy conditions with water spraying towards Abu Dhabi, UAE. By the time I took this during 31st January Ireland had some stormy condition of rain

Aer Lingus Regional EI-FCY ATR 72-600 delivered in 20174 ex Aer Arann taken 31st February 2019.
Aer Lingus Regional including Flybe's Dash 8 was struggling to land with gusting winds. During short final of this ATR 72-600 manage to land with a bit of crosswind.

Icelandair TF-FIR Boeing 757-200 new to Iberia in 1994 ex EC-608 taken 31st January 2019.
Icelandair with 80 years livery is the main one for me seeing it touching down in bad weather arriving regularly from Reykjavik, Iceland using Boeing 757-200 or Boeing 737 MAX 8.

BA CityFlyer G-LCYD Embraer ERJ-170 delivered in 2009 taken 1st February 2019.
BA CityFlyer operates daily only from London City, UK. Also with British Airways it's always operating daily from London Heathrow, UK with Airbus A320 & A321's and also for Manchester, UK which is a seasonal service.

Lufthansa D-AIXG Airbus A350-900 delivered in 2018 taken 1st February 2019.
Their have been few heavies from other European countries. First off this Lufthansa Airbus A350-900 preparing for departure to Munich, Germany. On the day of my flight to the UK I've spotted KLM Boeing 787 Dreamliner from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Norwegian Air International EI-FYG Boeing 737 MAX 8 delivered in 2018 taken 1st February 2019.
Norwegian Air International you can see this one arrives from Helsinki, Finland. However, these Boeing 737 MAX 8 also travel to the United States from Dublin

Aer Lingus EI-DAA Airbus A330-300 delivered in 2001 taken 1st February 2019.
Their hasn't been a lot of flights to North America for New York, Chicago and Toronto for example are cancelled due to snow storms and very below sub zero temperatures. Some like this Aer Lingus arrived from San Francisco, USA.

Qatar Airways A7-BDB Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner delivered in 2016 taken 1st February 2019.
I rarely see Qatar Airways since 2015 I last saw one in the UK. For this one came on short final from Doha, Qatar is a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. After the aircraft landed, it stayed in one of the taxiways for almost an hour roughly due to aircraft gates was full.

Flybe G-ECOK Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 delivered in 2009 taken 1st February 2019.
Mystery about this Flybe still in Brussels Airlines livery over the years it was leased by Brussels Airlines. During the lease was over, it's still in it's livery instead changing into Flybe colours. On flightradar24 it was confirmed it's coming into Dublin, Ireland with no arrival showing which the answer to this it came from Southampton, UK.

Aer Lingus EI-LBR Boeing 757-200 new to Finnair in 1997 ex OH-LBR taken 1st February 2019.
One of the main reasons for me is to get Aer Lingus Boeing 757's. All these Boeing 757-200 are operated by ASL Ireland in full Aer Lingus livery from Dublin and Shannon to the United States and Canada. I've seen one of them in the morning on-route to Shannon then continue to North America.

Aer Lingus EI-DVL Airbus A320 delivered in 2011 taken 1st February 2019.
Of course I've managed to get the new Aer Lingus livery not the best quality at least I have something into my collection!  Not my favorite livery kinda reminds all of us seeing Qantas new livery because it looks identical.

American Airlines N293AY Airbus A330-200 new to US Airways in 2014 taken 1st February 2019.
Their wasn't many airliners from the States compare I was their in 2014 such as United Airlines and the faded US Airways. This one regularly with American Airlines is the only American airliner to operate all yearly from Philadelphia, USA and sometimes oddly enough Manchester, UK from Dublin what I've seen on Flightradar24. But overall American Airlines in the season flies from Charlotte, Chicago-O'Hare and Dallas/Fort Worth (First flight from Dallas starts 6th June 2019.)

Delta Air Lines N831MW Boeing 767-400 delivered in 2000 taken 1st February 2019.
Delta Air Lines similarly with American Airlines instead Delta travels from New York-JFK,USA throughout the year and two US airports from Atlanta and Boston. Delta primary for JFK to Dublin primary uses the old Boeing 767-400 I rarely see those 400 series everywhere.

Loganair G-SAJB Embraer ERJ-135 new to BMI Regional in 2001 ex G-RIXJ taken 1st February 2019.
By the time I've took this, Loganair is rare for me to see it before it's spreading new flights to the south of the UK "also before Flybmi collapsed." Loganair flies only from Inverness, UK after Flybe was withdrawn from use by Loganair. Loganair is the only Scottish airliner based in Glasgow, UK with hubs into Scotland and north parts of England in Newcastle and Norwich.

Swiss HB-IJS Airbus A320 delivered to Swissair in 1998 taken 1st February 2019.
Swiss operates two destinations into Dublin from Geneva and Zurich, Switzerland maybe with various Airbus planes other than that I've seen A320 on short final runway 28.

Emirates A6-ENR Boeing 777-300ER delivered in 2014 taken 1st February 2019.
And finally we have Emirates operating daily using their Boeing 777-300ER from Dubai, UAE. I've seen the Expo 2020 in Malta every time in different colours. Emirates in general doesn't use Airbus A380 into Dublin I think all airliners don't too if the apron is small or whatever the reason.

That's all of the Dublin aviation spotting I've seen. Theirs still a lot to go through so I have more uploaded onto my other social media websites. Thank's for checking out my spotting photos in Dublin, Ireland of 2019.
