Gozo Heliport service resuming

If you haven't been following my past blogs, I'll explain what's happening to the future of Gozo located another Maltese Island in Malta with the capital city Victoria (Rabat).

In 2006, Gozo flights was ceased operations for flights between Gozo Heliport to Malta International Airport by a Spanish operator Helisureste while back in the 1990 - 2004 it was operated by Malta Air Charter leased from Bulgaria and recent operator as I've mentioned operated from 2005 - 2006. After the flights from Gozo was closed, the heliport from 2006 till present is being used for Air Ambulance service.

In recent news from late February 2019, the information for the returning of the helicopter service will be designed for tourists and Gozitans from A to B by connecting passenger flights from Malta International Airport to Gozo Heliport & vice versa unlike Gozo Channel Line to get to Cirkewwa in order to get the ferry. The catch about this from my older Gozo Heliport blog from 2013 I don't think their will be flights going to Sicily.

Helicopter Gozo will be using by the manufacture from Airbus if the decision will be made to have the helicopter large of small. If it's approved, the company will be owned by the Maltese Government. If the Gozo helicopter service is approved, I'll be making a new blog for tourists & the locals if the Gozo helicopter service is in your budget.
