Flybe information - Virgin Connect (15th October 2019)

Flybe has finally announced setting to be rebrannded as Virgin Connect following by Virgin Atlantic-led consortium.

During it's previous Virgin Atlantic franchise Virgin Atlantic Little Red axed in 2015, it's confirmed it will be introducing flights that will continue under Flybe. Starting the beginning of 2020, Flybe will be ending it's purple brand airliner to red.

The aircraft will include all of it's ex Flybe aircraft from De Havilland Dash 8 Q400 and Embraer ERJ-175. The ERJ-195 will be joining Virgin Connect temporary & will exit the fleet by April 2020. With Flybe's Stobart Air it will retain their own Air Operator Certificate more likely it will continue under wet lease operations.

For passengers like myself who already booked from Flybe.com forn next year will not be affected & will have the advantage to travel with Virgin Connect. It's unknown for my upcoming flight next year might change to my final destination.

As of 15th October 2019, the website is currently under construction. It's still open for the exiting announcement for soon to be Britain's regional carrier to Virgin. Once the announcement for the Virgin Connect flights will start, we'll update more as soon as we get more information.
