TUI Airways from the UK have been waiting for years if flights to Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt will start flying again after Metrojet Flight 9268 four years ago crashed in Sinai Peninsula killing everyone on board since them all UK airliners as well as other European carriers suspended. Some already resumed operations a while ago with only UK airliners left out & desperate for answers by British customers because Sharm El-Sheikh's tourism is more popular with the British.
As Monarch and Thomas Cook Airlines are gone, TUI Airways will be the only British Charter carrier will be resuming Sharm El-Sheikh with all details on these UK airports. You can also book Enter Air where it will operate it's charter package from London Gatwick, UK.
- Birmingham - resumes 19th February 2020.
- Bournemouth - resumes 7th November 2020.
- Bristol - resumes 6th May 2020.
- Doncaster - resumes 3rd May 2020.
- London Gatwick - resumes 16th February 2020.
These flights will either be all year or Winter season. You can now book your holiday on TUI's website. TUI will be sending out Boeing 737-800 aircraft to these UK airports with possible Boeing 737 MAX will be sent out if the aircraft might still be grounded.
